11.3 In all circumstances, winbox01's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the value of deposits made by that Player in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 winbox01 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected multi-accounting; or regulatory requirements.
